Who is VIXIA?

VIXIA is a design company focused on style, functionality and sustainability. VIXIA Stores is an online store that sells VIXIA products as well as select products from other brands.

Where is VIXIA located?

We are located in Hollywood, Florida. All US orders ship from the United States. International orders ship from both the United States and international locations, depending on the country and the products ordered.

To what countries do you ship?

We ship products to just about every country in the world. Our most popular destinations are the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, UK, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia

Is shipping free?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all US orders! On international orders, shipping is free on orders of $50 and higher. We charge a flat shipping fee of $8.95 for international orders under $50.

How long is the delivery time?

  • USA: All orders ship from the United States, in most cases within 2 days. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. In the event we can't ship your order within 5 days we will notify you and give you a chance to cancel your order and get a full refund in case you don't want to wait.
  • Other countries: International deliveries typically take 2-3 weeks to Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore; 3-4 weeks to Europe, Brazil, India, Malaysia. and most other countries.

    Do you offer expedited delivery?

    Depending on the product, we do. Please contact us in advance.

    How do I check the status on my order?

    We email you when we receive your order and then again as each item in your order gets shipped. We include a tracking number and a link for you to track each shipment. If you've created an account with us, you can log in and check the status of all orders online.

    What if my products don't arrive?

    You can track the status of your product shipments using the tracking information we provide. In the extremely rare event your product is lost in transit, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for deliveries to Africa.

    How can I return a product and get a refund?

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your VIXIA Stores product purchase. If for whatever reason  you are not fully satisfied with the products you have purchased from us, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days. To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging and have neither been used nor show signs of having been used. Please check our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

     Do you wholesale?

    VIXIA Stores is primarily geared to serve individual customers, but we do offer wholesale terms on VIXIA-branded products. In addition, we have an affiliate marketing program if you are interested in helping promote the sale of our products.
