We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchase at VIXIA Stores. If for  whatever reason  you are not fully satisfied with the products you have purchased from us, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days. To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging and have neither been used nor show signs of having been used.

If you are returning an item because we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, e-mail us at shop@vixia.com and we’ll make things right.

Please note that gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

To return a product that is eligible for a refund, you should first e-mail us at shop@vixia.com, then ship the product to:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item, except in the event of defective products and other special cases authorized by us in advance. We are not responsible for returned items which do not arrive at our facilities.

Please write your order number on your return package or inside. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund has been approved (or rejected, in the event it fails the meet the eligibility conditions listed above). Credit for approved refunds will be applied to your credit card, PayPal account or original method of payment within 3 business days.
